Managed Service
We have built a reputation within the education sector for our excellent levels of ICT Support. This is from providing on-site technicians who fully manage the ICT systems for the school, to providing an effective helpdesk and management solution.
We specialise in supporting technology in Schools (both Primary and Secondary).
Our unique, fresh and friendly approach to supporting ICT within schools ensures all our supported schools are always utilising the most up to date technologies and in a way for all admin staff, teachers, pupils and parents to understand.
- Managed Service
What it involves
Between visits, your system will be monitored 24/7 via our monitoring software. The monitoring software will alert us when any issue arises, which would enable us to potentially resolve the issue remotely.
All schools will have access to our helpdesk system, which will allow to escalate or report any issues.
There is a long check-list that we run through looking at all kinds of things from the speed of your network to how old your systems are, what kind of Anti-virus protection you have to how your email works.
As well as resolving any technical issues, we will provide advice and support to staff on the delivery of ICT, ensuring that the technology is having a great impact on learning. We will always go the extra mile and make your technology work more efficiently and better for less.

Broadband
One of our engineers will come and visit your school. We’ll ask you a few questions (don’t worry, they are not too technical) and take a good look around your network infrastructure (including your router, firewall, network switches and wireless), your servers and at your desktop computers.
